Whats everyone using to fake?

Remove if this isn't allowed, but I was just wondering what everyone is using now a days to do deep edits. Both images and videos. I've been to the "deep nude" site and it barely works correctly, is that what people still use?

I tried fanscity to start, but got no result. Google thought I had misspelled, so I put it in quotation marks and the only result I got was for this exact thread in this forum. I tried it with different combinations of deepnude, nude, fake, ai and still nothing
