It is a bad effort. Lookig at the thumbnail you can tell from the lens flare alone it's fake. They've photoshopped her into a fashion advert that uses a naked mannequin.

Evidence:
1) The lens flare is actually a basic and easily noticeable photoshop filter. As you can see in the image, it's trying to imply she's got the flash on the camera but it's not it's photoshop meaning more of it might be...
2) The tones between the body and head, although close, don't match.
3) The image has the CelebJihad.com logo on it and they only do that for images that are fakes they own on their site.
4) Because this is the original leaked image of her from where they have used the head pose of her image and then cropped in the body. This was posted around the time of the original Fappening with JLaw and the other's pics:
