I read its from her (former?) boyfriend who is a photographer. It was on his twitter or something like that. But its clearly Palina
Yeah, I remember it. There were 2 or 3 similar pictures, all from her boyfriends Twitter, who produced and sold these fake pierced nipples which you can see in the picture. I believe they were meant to stick to the backside of your phone. General consensus was that the pictures show Palina, but I don't think there was ever solid proof.

Holy shit, awesome. The shot in the TV is great. In the window its harder to see something...but damn, soo big. When did she post this?
can somebody post a screenshot? for me it is blurry.

the issue is that most of what we think we're seeing is probably just stuff from the outside, there's barely anything visible of her body, except maybe a slight outline of her tits - but even then I'm not sure if it's her tits or her elbows, since she might be holding her phone with both hands and the tits look like they're too close to her legs (which are actually the most visible part)
made two more with a loop back and forth, because as long as it's a moving image, a tiny bit can be made out. but taking screenshots is useless due to pixelation.
